1. Service Description
Distinct Integrated Solutions (operating as DIS Services) provides a facilitation service for the submission and processing of Nigeria eVisa applications. We act as an authorised representative and service intermediary between applicants and the relevant Nigerian immigration authorities.
2. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information provided in this application. Any false, misleading, or incorrect information may result in the rejection of your application, denial of entry into Nigeria, and potential legal consequences under applicable Nigerian immigration laws.
3. Fees & Payment Policy
This application requires payment of applicable government fees and service fees as determined by DIS Services. All fees are clearly communicated prior to submission. By submitting your application, you agree to pay all associated charges.
Non-Refundable Policy: Both the application fee and the service fee are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made. This policy applies regardless of whether the application is approved, rejected, withdrawn, or cancelled. All payments made to Distinct Integrated Solutions (operating as DIS Services) are final.
4. Processing Times
Processing times may vary depending on the type of visa applied for, the volume of applications received, and decisions made by the Nigerian immigration authorities. DIS Services does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
5. Document Requirements
Applicants are required to provide all mandatory supporting documents as specified in this application form. Failure to submit required documents may result in delays or rejection of the application. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure all documents are valid, current, and properly authenticated where required.
6. Passport & Travel Validity
Your travel document (passport) must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended period of stay in Nigeria. It must also contain at least two blank visa pages for entry and exit stamps.
7. Minor Applicants
Applications for minors (persons under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by additional supporting documents including a birth certificate and a letter of consent from the parent(s) or legal guardian(s), as applicable.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information collected through this form will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will be used solely for the purpose of processing your visa application. Your information may be shared with relevant Nigerian government authorities as required for the processing of your application.
9. Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
