No Refund Policy
All service fees paid to DIS Services are strictly non-refundable. Once an order is submitted, DIS Services begins work immediately. Services include professional case review, document requirements analysis, eligibility guidance, administrative processing, and coordination and submission planning.
Because these services commence immediately, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to government agency delays or denials, errors or omissions made by the customer, changes in government rules or fees, shipping or courier delays, or acts of God, war, weather events, or government shutdowns.
Role of DIS Services
DIS Services provides professional documentation support to help applicants prepare passport applications. We are an independent service and are NOT affiliated with the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) or any Nigerian Embassy or Consulate. All passport processing and issuance are solely carried out by the NIS through the appropriate Embassy or Consulate.
Client Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring all information and documentation provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. DIS Services assumes no liability for delays, denials, or costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
DIS Services does not provide compensation for damages arising from delays, losses, errors, or outcomes beyond our control. All information, services, policies, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Electronic Acknowledgment
By checking the boxes below, you authorize DIS Services to begin work immediately and agree that such acknowledgment constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act.
